Iowa Trust Earns 2023 “Top Workplace” Honor in Iowa
For the second year in a row, Iowa Trust has been selected as one of Iowa’s best places to work. The “Top Workplace” designation is based on a feedback survey by employees who rate their connection, engagement, leadership, performance and basic workplace benefits and expectations.
Iowa Trust ranked No. 53 among 148 Iowa companies to make this year’s list.
According to Energage, the third-party survey administrator for “Top Workplaces,” businesses that have strong employee engagement have greater productivity, higher profitability, lower turnover and improved customer satisfaction.

In partnership with Energage, the Des Moines Register recently published the complete list of 148 top places to work. Energage conducts Top Workplace surveys annually to measure organizational health and employee engagement.
