Iowa Trust Announces Leadership Promotions as Bank Continues to Grow

Iowa Trust is proud to announce several employee promotions and new leadership roles as the bank continues to invest in its people and position the organization for the future.

Effective September 1, Holly Sidles has been promoted to Operations Manager, Tiffany Fandel to Operations Specialist II, and Laura Moser to BSA/Fraud Officer. Brooke Stewart will also begin a new role as Operations Specialist I, while Shelly Hanson will serve as Accounting Officer and Assistant Trust Officer.

These changes reflect Iowa Trust’s continued focus on developing employees, strengthening key areas of the organization, and ensuring the bank is prepared to meet the evolving needs of its customers and communities.

Holly Sidles’ promotion to Operations Manager expands her leadership within the bank’s operations function, while Laura Moser’s new role as BSA/Fraud Officer provides dedicated leadership in fraud prevention, compliance, and financial crime risk management.

Tiffany Fandel’s promotion and Brooke Stewart’s new position add depth to the Operations team and reflect Iowa Trust’s commitment to building talent and expertise from within.

Shelly Hanson’s expanded role brings together responsibilities in accounting and trust services. As Assistant Trust Officer, she will help oversee the administration of customer trust accounts while continuing to contribute to the bank’s accounting function.

Together, these promotions and expanded responsibilities demonstrate Iowa Trust’s commitment to investing in its employees and building a strong team for the future.
