We are excited to welcome Jon Jacobson as our new Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him 21 years of banking and financial leadership experience and a passion for serving community banks.

Throughout his career, Jon has built a strong foundation in financial management and strategic leadership. He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from Buena Vista University, a Master of Financial Management from Drake University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Since beginning his career in 2005 as a Credit Analyst, Jon has developed extensive expertise in capital markets, portfolio management, and financial leadership. His experience and commitment to community banking make him a valuable addition to Iowa Trust's leadership team.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jon oversees the bank's financial operations, helping guide long-term strategy while supporting continued growth across the communities we serve. His leadership plays an important role in ensuring Iowa Trust remains well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers, employees, and shareholders.
